A mixed-use redevelopment in Cardiff City Centre was a collaboration between the Welsh Government, Rightacres, and Legal & General. This included:-
• Interchange building – £140 million building for over 2,500 Legal & General employees
• HMRC office – £100 million 12 storey building for the Government tax hub
• BBC Cymru Wales headquarters – £120 million building
• Build-to-rent apartments – 718 unit scheme which Legal & General invested around £200 million.
